Refund Policy
Refunds are not granted after attending the first class, unless extreme circumstances apply and are determined on a case-by-case basis by studio administration.
If approved, remaining classes may be transferred to another class or service and must be used within one (1) month of the original date. No extensions will be provided.
Payment Policy
Full payment must be completed on or before the first day of the session or class.
Late payments may result in late fees or loss of reserved time.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers and are limited to one per student.
Gift cards expire three (3) months from the date of purchase.
Cancellation Policy Overview
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To maintain the efficiency of our schedule and respect our staff’s time, the following policies apply to both music lessons and music therapy sessions:
Reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
A maximum of three (2) reschedules per quarter is permitted with payment
One (1) sick cancellation per quarter is allowed without penalty(payment)
These sessions are appointment-only time slots reserved specifically for each student/client
An unbooked appointment does not equal an excused absence
All schedule changes must be communicated
Consequences of Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session or no-show/no-call appointments will result in a full session charge
Repeated late cancellations may result in a review of continued enrollment or services
All cancellations and reschedules are documented for administrative records
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule a lesson or session:

Entendemos que pueden surgir circunstancias imprevistas. Para mantener la eficiencia de nuestro horario y respetar el tiempo de nuestro personal, las siguientes políticas aplican tanto a las clases de música como a las sesiones de musicoterapia:
Las reprogramaciones deben solicitarse con al menos 24 horas de anticipación.
Se permite un máximo de dos (2) reprogramaciones por trimestre con pago.
Se permite una (1) cancelación por enfermedad por trimestre sin penalización (pago).
Estas sesiones son citas con horario reservado específicamente para cada estudiante/cliente.
Una cita no reservada no equivale a una ausencia justificada.
Todos los cambios de horario deben comunicarse.
Consecuencias de Cancelaciones Tardías
Las cancelaciones realizadas dentro de las 24 horas previas a la sesión programada, o las citas sin aviso y sin presentarse, resultarán en el cobro completo de la sesión.
Las cancelaciones tardías repetidas pueden dar lugar a una revisión de la continuidad de la inscripción o de los servicios.
Todas las cancelaciones y reprogramaciones se documentan para registros administrativos.

In order to provide you with the best possible service, you must provide us with certain information such as your name & child(ren)’s name, email address, payment information, and if applicable, any diagnosis or medical concerns of your child(ren).
We will not share, sell, or spam your provided email address or any other personal data we have collected.
Business transfers. If The Treble Makers sell or merge with another business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our clients, or others.
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons). We will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) processing of some of your information based on legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
