Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer. Limit to one per child. Expiration date is three (3) months from date of purchase.
Payment IN FULL is due on or before the first day of class/lesson.
If The Treble Makers is informed 24 hours prior to class, no penalty given for illness reschedule via thetreblemakersnc@gmail.com
No shows/No call will be charged full rate of class/lesson. No refund will be given, unless due to extreme circumstances to be determined on a case by case basis.
Reschedule given to client only if The Treble Makers has any cancellation due to illness or emergency.
Refunds ARE NOT granted after attending first class, unless in an extreme circumstances determined on a case by case basis; remaining classes can be transferred to another class with an expiration of one (1) month.
Photography Policy
When granting The Treble Makers LLC permission, we will use photographs and/or video of you/your child for any legal use, including but not limited to, publicly, illustration, advertising, web content and in other communications related to the mission of The Treble Makers LLC.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you use our services (The Treble Makers, LLC). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control.
In order to provide you with the best possible service, you must provide us with certain information such as your name & child(ren)’s name, email address, payment information, and if applicable, any diagnosis or medical concerns of your child(ren).
We will not share, sell, or spam your provided email address or any other personal data we have collected.
Business transfers. If The Treble Makers sell or merge with another business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our clients, or others.
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons). We will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) processing of some of your information based on legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
